PPGI Steel Plate is supplied with organic color coating on galvanized steel substrate for durable corrosion resistance and elegant decorative appearance.

• Galvanized zinc layer + organic color coating dual protection, passes 720-hour salt spray test, effectively resisting rust and oxidation in ordinary atmospheric and humid environments.
• Strictly complies with ASTM A653 and GB/T 12754-2019 standards, excellent UV resistance and weatherability, passes artificial accelerated aging test, no fading, chalking or coating peeling under long-term outdoor exposure.
• Meets cross-cut adhesion test (Grade 0-1) and 180° cold bending test requirements, coating bonds firmly with galvanized substrate, no cracking or peeling during cutting, stamping and bending.
• Smooth surface, uniform paint film and rich color options (customizable by RAL color card), no color difference, high decorative value, no secondary painting required.
• Good impact resistance (passes 1J impact test) and scratch resistance, daily friction and slight collision will not damage the paint layer, easy to clean and maintain.
• Lightweight with high structural strength, easy to transport, cut and install, flexible in size customization, adapting to different processing and construction needs.
