Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil (PPGL) is supplied with a high-quality organic coating on the galvalume substrate (55% Al + 43.4% Zn + 1.6% Si) for superior corrosion resistance and weatherability. It is widely used for roofing panels, wall cladding, steel structure decoration, and home appliance shell manufacturing.

Features & Advantages
Corrosion resistance:
2-6 times that of PPGI (hot-dip galvanized prepainted coil), suitable for coastal/industrial heavy-corrosion environments.

High temperature resistance:
Long-term ≤340℃ (110℃ higher than PPGI's ≤230℃), no peeling or discoloration.

Processability:
Same as PPGI (bendable/rollable/stampable) but with better durability.

Cost-saving:
No on-site painting (saves 30% construction time), longer service life than PPGI, lower long-term cost.

Surface quality:
Adhesion better than ordinary prepainted coils (grid test ≤1 level), no missing coating or scratches.
