Final Inspection
- Performance Tests: Finished products undergo tests including adhesion (cross-cut), hardness (pencil), impact resistance, bending, and salt spray test to ensure they meet or exceed international standards (ASTM, JIS, GB).
- Visual Inspection: Experienced inspectors examine each coil under adequate lighting to ensure color consistency and a surface free from scratches, zinc droplets, bare spots, and other defects.
- Certification: Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is available for all products.

Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For standard colors and specifications, our typical MOQ is 20-25 metric tons (one 20ft container). Custom colors and special specs require a higher MOQ. Please inquire for details.
Q2: What is the delivery time?
A: For standard orders, the lead time is 15-25 days after receipt of the deposit. Exact timing depends on order volume, production schedule, and logistics. Custom orders may take longer.
Q3: How do you prevent damage during transportation?
A: We use professional packaging:
● Inner corners protected with edge guards, wrapped in moisture-proof paper/plastic film.
● Coils are strapped with high-tensile steel straps and secured on wooden pallets.
● This ensures the cargo is stable, waterproof, and protected from scratches during handling and transit.
Q4: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can. We provide standard color charts and sample books. For physical samples of specific products, a nominal sample fee and freight cost will be charged.
Q5: How many years will the color and zinc coating last?
A: Service life depends on the environment (industrial, marine, rural), installation quality, and coating type. General expectations:
● PE (Polyester): 7-10 year warranty.
● SMP (Siliconized Polyester): 10-15 year warranty.
● PVDF (Fluorocarbon): 15-25 year warranty.
