• Aluminum-zinc (galvalume) substrate + organic color coating dual protection, passes 1000+ hour salt spray test, far better corrosion resistance than PPGI, effectively resisting rust and oxidation in coastal, industrial and humid harsh environments.
• Strictly complies with ASTM A792 and GB/T 12754-2019 standards, excellent UV resistance and weatherability, passes artificial accelerated aging test, no fading, chalking or coating peeling under long-term outdoor exposure.
• Meets cross-cut adhesion test (Grade 0-1) and 180° cold bending test requirements, coating bonds firmly with aluminum-zinc substrate, no cracking or peeling during cutting, stamping and bending processing.
• Smooth surface, uniform paint film and rich color options (customizable by RAL color card), no color difference, high decorative value, no secondary painting required, suitable for high-end decoration scenarios.
• Good impact resistance (passes 1J impact test), scratch and abrasion resistance, high surface hardness, daily friction and slight collision will not damage the paint layer, easy to clean and maintain.
• Lightweight with high structural strength, excellent high-temperature resistance, no discoloration or delamination in high-temperature environments, easy to transport, cut and install, flexible in size customization.
