Aluminum-zinc (galvalume) coating protection:
The aluminum-zinc layer (100-150 g/m², aluminum content 55%, zinc content 43.5%, silicon content 1.5%) forms a dense protective layer, passing 1000+ hour salt spray test (GB/T 10125-2021), effectively resisting rust and oxidation in coastal, humid and heavy industrial harsh environments, far superior to ordinary galvanized panels.
Reinforced corrugated structure:
The corrugated design significantly enhances the panels' load-bearing capacity and wind resistance, complying with ASTM A792 and GB/T 2518-2019 standards. It can withstand harsh weather such as heavy rain, snow, strong wind and hail without deformation, suitable for high-demand outdoor scenarios.
Strong coating adhesion:
The aluminum-zinc layer bonds firmly with the corrugated metal substrate, meeting 180° cold bending test requirements (GB/T 3074.1-2017). During bending, cutting, overlapping and on-site installation, there is no cracking, peeling or falling off of the aluminum-zinc layer.
Excellent waterproof and drainage performance:
The corrugated surface design matches the overlapping installation method, effectively guiding rainwater discharge, preventing water leakage, and adapting to various roofing slopes and coastal outdoor environments.
Superior mechanical and processing performance:
Good ductility and tensile strength, excellent high-temperature resistance (no discoloration or delamination in high-temperature environments), easy to cut, punch and install. The lightweight design reduces transportation and construction costs, and the construction process is simple and efficient.
