Features & Advantages

Dual anti-corrosion protection:

Galvanized substrate (30-120 g/m²) + organic color coating dual protection, passing 720-hour salt spray test (GB/T 10125-2021), effectively resisting rust and oxidation in ordinary atmospheric, humid and light industrial environments, better than single galvanized corrugated sheets.

Reinforced corrugated structure:

The corrugated design significantly enhances the sheet's load-bearing capacity and wind resistance, complying with ASTM A653 and GB/T 2518-2019 standards. It can withstand harsh weather such as heavy rain, snow, strong wind and hail without deformation, adapting to various outdoor scenarios.

Strong coating adhesion:

The organic color coating bonds firmly with the galvanized corrugated substrate, meeting cross-cut test (Grade 0-1, GB/T 9286-1998) and 180° cold bending test requirements (GB/T 3074.1-2017). During bending, cutting, overlapping and on-site installation, there is no cracking, peeling or falling off of the coating.

Excellent waterproof and decorative performance:

The corrugated surface matches overlapping installation to effectively guide rainwater discharge and prevent water leakage; the uniform paint film and rich color options (customizable by RAL color card) have high decorative value, no secondary painting required.

Superior mechanical and processing performance:

Good ductility and tensile strength, easy to cut, punch, bend and install. The lightweight design reduces transportation and construction costs, and the construction process is simple and efficient, suitable for large-scale projects.
